Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Batavia

My husband is in the VA hospital around the corner and down the road he's in for PTSD. I have always been a Hilton kinda girl they give military discount, safety. If you come to Batavia please only stay here!! I have been to 4 different ones in this area and each one was rude beyond belief your paying 300 to be spoken to like your dirt. This hotel is by fat the best one I have ever been to in my 40 years. The level of care they gift to us when we come in is beyond word's!!They made sure we were in a room that wasn't too loud for my husband each time we go. Mr.Author and the lovely woman with the Blonde curly hair I apologize I was half awake when she helped me,I had an issue with the person next store being loud she moved me immediately. It was just me and I have never felt safer. In the world we live in today, safety is my #1 concern and the kindness they treat you like hotel's used too. The staff goes above and beyond even down to the cleaning staff it was refreshing. I just wanted to say thank you for being kind.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Batavia. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even accommodating an early check-in which I really appreciated. The service throughout my stay was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast, however, was just okay and could use some improvement. Overall, excellent service made this a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience been staying here while working in the area the staff is very friendly and very accommodating rooms were clean hotel was quite and beds were comfortable. Definitely would give them a 100 star review if possible would recommend for any type of traveler kid friendly and good place to stay for work

Ah Marriott. You own it all and yet somehow have lost a step or two. It’s to a point that I look for only new or recently renovated hotels. Driving? Fairfield is a save bet but well this one. Things falling off the walls. Big room no furniture. Breakfast staff don’t event speak. Just an odd vibe. Usual good beds and clean but man how I wish Marriott had kept their standards when they started buying everything. I think Bill would be shocked at the lack of consistency.

The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating. We forgot a device in the room and Arthur at the front desk remembered us and was kind enough to ship it to our home. The rooms were clean and the breakfast in the morning was not only delicious but much more than the standard continental. 5 stars!

Check in experience was excellent. When I arrived there was a gentleman mopping the floor. Nobody was at the desk but that quickly changed when the floor mopper turned out to be the desk person. His name was Arthur and he was very friendly and welcoming. My room was spectacular…very clean and even had a welcome using my name on my TV. Little touches add up to a great experience.

The hotel looked brand new and all of the staff were very friendly. I did notice that the TV in my room had some scratches on it when I got settled. The breakfast in the morning was a step above continental and the workout facility was the equivalent of the bare minimum. Would definitely return though
